Returns and Shipping

We only accept returns on Drippin’Moncky garments in the event that you received a damaged product from our end. Please do refer size charts (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on sizes as product once made cannot be returned for size changes. For personalized guidance on sizing, our team is available on business@drippinmoncky.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at business@drippinmoncky.com with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange/ refund immediately.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it. We only accept returns in case of fabric or print damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please refer sizing charts for product sizing as many Drippin’Moncky products are oversized and androgynous.

 

Order will be delivered in 4-6 working days depending on pin code.
